Required Items for email

There are several things you need for sucessful email transmission. This is a list in order of importance, with a short decription.

Name	Usage
Hostname	Your servers identity - A Subdomain or FQDN
A Record (FQDN)	Your server needs the subdomain name pointing at it (FQDN)
PTR Record (Reverse DNS)	Your server IP needs the same FQDN assigned to it
MX	Where to send emails for your domain
SPF Record	Who can send emails from your domain?
DKIM	Prove that an authorised server did the sending/signed the email
DMARC	What to do when SPF/DKIM pass or fail
BIMI	Display company logo in supported clients (BETA)
